巴博罗携东方哲思亮相2025米兰设计周

2025年4月8日，全球设计界的目光再度聚焦意大利米兰。作为设计领域最具影响力的盛会之一，本次米兰设计周以“可持续栖居”为主题的设计展，于ADI设计博物馆拉开帷幕。

在这场汇聚全球顶尖设计力量的盛典中，中国家居品牌巴博罗携两大作品——装置作品“顺德·龙”以及与年轻艺术家兼设计师冯徕跨界合作的“梧桐”立柜惊艳亮相，以东方智慧与先锋设计语言，向世界传递中国企业对可持续发展的深刻思考，并开启了一场跨越时空的文化对话。  

On April 8, 2025, the global design industry's attention shifted to Milan, Italy. As the most influential event in the field of design, the Milan Design Week kicked off with a design exhibition themed "Sustainable Habitat " at the ADI Design Museum. In this grand ceremony, Pablo appeared with two major works - the installation work "Shunde · Loong" and the cross-border cooperation with young artist and designer Feng Lai "Plane Tree", to convey to the world the profound thinking of Chinese enterprises on sustainable development with oriental wisdom and avant-garde design language, and opened a cultural dialogue across time and space.

From Lingnan to Milan: A Global Narrative of Cultural Genes

米兰ADI设计博物馆素有“设计界圣殿”之称，馆藏跨越半个世纪的意大利经典设计，每一件作品都承载着工业文明与人文精神的交融。

此次巴博罗的参展作品“顺德·龙”，以中国岭南非遗文化中的龙舟为灵感，将七件家具作品组合成蜿蜒的龙舟造型，通过红、绿、黑、白、黄等传统龙舟色系，赋予每件家具独特的灵魂。装置不仅展现了巴博罗对设计与工艺的极致追求，更以“团结协作、奋勇拼搏”的龙舟精神，隐喻中国企业在全球化浪潮中的破浪前行。

The ADI Design Museum in Milan is known as the "Temple of the Design", with a collection of classic Italian designs spanning half a century. Each piece carries the fusion of industrial civilization and humanistic spirit. 

Inspired by the Loong Boat in the Lingnan intangible cultural heritage culture of China, Pablo's exhibition work "Shunde · Loong" combines seven furniture works into a winding Loong Boat shape, and endows each piece of furniture with a unique soul through the red, green, black, white, yellow and other traditional Loong Boat colors. The device not only shows Pablo's ultimate pursuit of design and technology, but also symbolizes Chinese enterprises' progress in the wave of globalization with the Loong Boat spirit of "unity, cooperation and brave struggle".

“龙舟是东方集体智慧的象征，而‘可持续栖居’的本质是构建人与自然的共生关系。”巴博罗总经理冯志亮表示，“我们希望以家具为媒介，让世界看到中国文化中对和谐与传承的坚守。”这一理念与策展人Massimiliano Mandarini的策展思路不谋而合。

他强调：“巴博罗的创作完美平衡了传统与创新，既扎根于文化记忆，又指向未来生活的可能性。” 
"The Loong Boat is a symbol of the collective wisdom of the East, and the essence of 'Sustainable Habitat' is to build a symbiotic relationship between man and nature." Steven Feng, general manager of Pablo, said, "We hope to use furniture as a medium to let the world see the persistence of harmony and inheritance in Chinese culture." This concept coincides with the curator Massimiliano Mandarini's idea of curation. 

He emphasized, "Pablo's creations perfectly balance tradition and innovation, rooted in cultural memory and pointing to the possibilities of future life.”

梧桐树皮与镜面碎片：一场东西方的哲学对谈 
Plane tree bark and mirror fragments: a philosophical conversation between the East and the West

如果说“顺德·龙”是对传统文化的当代诠释，那么巴博罗与冯徕合作的“梧桐”立柜，则是一场更具实验性的跨界探索。

作品灵感源自上海街头梧桐树皮的剥落痕迹——这些百年前从欧洲移植的古老树种，在时间侵蚀下形成斑驳的纹理，成为艺术家眼中“生命无常”的隐喻。 

If "Shunde · Loong" is a contemporary interpretation of traditional culture, then the "Plane Tree" cabinet jointly established by Pablo and Feng Lai is a more experimental cross-border exploration. Inspired by the peeling traces of plane tree bark on the streets of Shanghai, these ancient tree species transplanted from Europe a hundred years ago have formed mottled texture under the erosion of time, which has become a metaphor of "impermanence of life" in the eyes of artists.

冯徕将梧桐树皮的肌理转化为设计语言：激光切割的镜面碎片模拟树皮剥落的瞬间，观众在残缺的倒影中凝视“蜕变的自我”；层叠的柜体表面以树皮裂痕为纹路，暗喻时间的非线性流动；

而镜面拼贴的英文提问“Will I shed away?”，则直击东西方观众对生命本质的共情。这件作品不仅是一件家具，更是一场沉浸式的哲学体验。正如冯徕所言：“破碎的镜面既是终结，也是新生的起点——设计的意义在于撕碎常规，让每一次‘剥落’都成为对话的契机。”  

Feng Lai translated the texture of plane tree bark into design language: the mirror fragments cut by laser simulated the moment of bark peeling, and the audience stared at the "transformed self" in the incomplete reflection; The surface of the stacked cabinet is patterned with bark cracks, symbolizing the nonlinear flow of time; 

The English question "Will I shed away?" in the mirror collage directly strikes at the empathy of Eastern and Western audiences towards the essence of life. This piece of work is not just a piece of furniture, but also an immersive philosophical experience. As Feng Lei said, "The shattered mirror is both the end and the starting point of a new life - the meaning of design is to tear apart conventions and make every 'peeling' an opportunity for dialogue.”

为精准呈现“破碎感”，巴博罗与冯徕历经数十次实验，将传统皮革工艺与激光切割技术结合，最终让树皮纹理在柜体上自然“生长”。这种对细节的极致追求，恰是巴博罗“文化为核，创新为刃”品牌基因的缩影。  

To accurately present the "broken feeling", Pablo and Feng Lei have undergone dozens of experiments, combining traditional leather craftsmanship with laser cutting technology, ultimately allowing the bark texture to naturally "grow" on the cabinet. 

This extreme pursuit of details is precisely the epitome of the brand gene of "culture as the core, innovation as the blade" of Pablo.

可持续设计：从中国智慧到全球共识
Sustainable Design: From Chinese Wisdom to Global Consensus

米兰设计周“可持续栖居”主题展的核心，在于探索人类与自然互惠共生的可能。巴博罗的参展作品，从材料选择到文化表达，无不体现这一理念——“梧桐”立柜以天然皮革和再生金属为基底，力求在艺术性与环保性间找到平衡。 

The core of the "Sustainable Habitat" theme exhibition at Milan Design Week is to explore the possibility of mutual benefit and coexistence between humans and nature. Pablo's exhibition works, from material selection to cultural expression, all reflect this concept - "Plane Tree" cabinet is based on natural leather and recycled metal, and strives to find a balance between artistry and environmental protection. 

策展人戴蓓在采访中表示：“中国家居企业正从‘制造’迈向‘智造’。巴博罗的独特之处在于，他们将可持续理念贯穿于产品全生命周期——从材料研发、工艺创新到文化叙事，每一步都试图回应全球性议题。”这一观点与市场数据不谋而合：据Grand View Research预测，2030年全球环保家具市场规模将突破800亿美元，而中国在可持续设计领域的研究贡献已占全球六分之一。  

Curator Dai Bei said in an interview, "Chinese home furnishing companies are moving from 'manufacturing' to 'smart manufacturing'. The uniqueness of Pablo lies in their integration of sustainable concepts throughout the entire product lifecycle - from material research anddevelopment, process innovation to cultural storytelling, every step attempting to respond to global issues." This viewpoint coincides with market data: according to Grand View Research, the global market size of environmentally friendly furniture will exceed 80 billion US dollars by 2030, and China's research contribution in the field of sustainable design has accounted for one sixth of the world's total

从巴黎到米兰，从“被看见”到“主动发声”，巴博罗的出海之路折射出中国家居行业的蜕变。上世纪，中国企业以OEM代工叩开世界大门；如今，以巴博罗为代表的品牌正以OBM模式构建全球影响力。正如Massimiliano Mandarini所观察：“中国不再只是世界工厂，而是培育出了独立的设计思维与国际对话能力。”

From Paris to Milan, from being seen to speaking out actively, Pablo's journey to the sea reflects the transformation of China's home furnishing industry. In the last century, Chinese companies knocked on the world door with OEM manufacturing; Nowadays, brands represented by Pablo are building global influence through the OBM model. As Massimiliano Mandarini observed, "China is no longer just the world's factory, but has cultivated independent design thinking and international dialogue capabilities.” 

“可持续栖居”不仅是一场展览，更是一座桥梁。当“顺德·龙”载着岭南文化的魂魄驶入ADI博物馆，当上海梧桐的哲学之问在米兰的聚光灯下回响，东西方设计语言在此刻悄然共鸣。巴博罗用作品证明：可持续的未来，需要不同文明的互鉴共生；而中国设计，正以谦逊而自信的姿态，为全球提供一份东方答案。

"Sustainable Habitat " is not only an exhibition, but also a bridge. When "Shunde · Loong" carries the soul of Lingnan culture into the ADI Design Museum, when the philosophical questions of plane tree in Shanghai echo under the spotlight of Milan, the design languages of the East and the West resonate quietly at this moment. Pablo's works prove that a sustainable future requires mutual learning and coexistence among different civilizations; Chinese design, with a humble and confident attitude, is providing the world with an Eastern answer.
